March  2008 - DMI expands and continues its strong relationship with CALIBRE SYSTEMS INC. of Alexandria, VA to perform senior level consulting services relating to the US Army Base Realignment and Closure (2005) Military Construction Program.

April 2008 - DMI welcomes Mr. Don Newman, an outstanding Army real property asset management expert, to the DMI Family.  Don joined the DMI Team now serving the HQDA OACSIM BRAC Division with distinction.

May 2008  - DMI expands its capabilities to include Agency Construction Management Services with the addition of Mr. Terry L. Hostetter, a heavily experienced Construction Project Manager and General Superintendent, and Mr. Ray L. Stambaugh, one of the leading Construction General Superintendents in the Mid Atlantic Region.  We welcome them to the DMI Family.
